Dr. Cross is a published researcher, international lecturer, and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for EndoDirect and Vista Apex, and co-developed and patented the Endocator™ disinfection detection technology used in his own practice.
Before specializing in endodontics, Dr. Cross served as the Dental Director for Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas and Salud Para La Gente, providing care to underserved populations in Watsonville and Salinas. This experience deepened his understanding of the importance of accessible, high-quality dental care — a commitment he continues to uphold in his practice today.
Dr. Cross earned his dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and completed his endodontic residency at the University of Southern California (USC). He is an advisor for several dental companies, including Vista Apex and EndoDirect, and holds multiple patents in the field of endodontics. He has also been engaged by Morita to provide product training for other clinicians. His dedication to innovation is reflected in his development of a rapid chairside disinfection test, which he has discussed on The Ruddle Show and the AAE's Endo Voices podcast, and will be discussing soon as an upcoming guest on Dentistry Uncensored with Howard Farran.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Cross enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, picking strawberries, practicing Spanish, surfing, sharing bad dad jokes, running at Nisene Marks, and encouraging his kids to join him on weekend outdoor adventures.
Behind every appointment is a team dedicated to making your visit easy — from scheduling and insurance questions to chairside support during treatment.
